This Korean movie is a gem. Watched after a long time and it still made me cry. It's not an overly sentimental movie and almost every scene has a funny closure. It's the acting that gets me errytime. And the lanky dude was a good laugh too.

I still choke up at Thorin's death
The ending in "3:14 to Yuma".
In "My Dog Skip" when they beat the dog with a shovel. WHY WOULD YOU PUT THAT IN A KIDS MOVIE?
Well if you want recent movies I'd say the karate kid, its impossible to not cry when jackie chan does it.
UP also made cry a few times.
And the last would be toy story 3 a great way to end the series

I know that's not the exact song from the movie, but it's still fucking sad.
In "Dances with Wolves" when the asshole Colonist soldiers kill Kevin Costners wolf. I cant remember the wolf's name.
I probably stand alone on this one; but the ending to V for Vendetta made me feel sad, and happy. But it was also awesome. I felt especially sad when the crowd starts removing their masks. If you've seen the movie; you'd know why.

It's not the saddest portion of a movie I know of; but it's one of them. Possibly at the top of the saddest parts of movies IMHO was the ending to Donnie Darko.
Letters from Iwo Jima.
Stalingrad.
And Agent Coulson..
Iron giant. The ending

Brazil had a pretty bittersweet ending :(
Not a movie, but the anime Gungrave's ending was the saddest scene I've ever watched.

There is barely anything that exists that evokes my emotions. I found it hard to not cry at the movies when i saw this.
When I was small, I found it sad in the movie 101 dalmatians when that woman put the dogs into the bags :(
The death of [sp]Sirius[/sp] [sp]Dobby and Fred[/sp] in Harry Potter.
In the Iron Giant when the giant says his last goodbyes to Hogarth and flys away, I always cry harder each time I see that ending.
The ending of Blow, oh christ.
I cried a lot when I went to see Eight Below.
But I really fucking love Siberian Huskies, so... ... Yeah.
The ending of The Road.
