Appendicitis feels bad man

I am trying to tell if you are being sarccastic. I hope not, and so I thank you for you heartfelt empathy.
I got ran over on the head by a bike when I was 4, left a scar for the rest of my life on my forehead, loads of fun.
Getting hit in the nuts with an ice ball. Oh well, not like I would ever need those.
Either stepping on a shard of glass.
Or slamming my finger in a car door.
Broke mah foot while riding my bike.
Broke my wrist as a kid, my hand bent all the way so it was touching my arm. Everyone thought I over reacted. :frown:
Being circumsized SLOWLY by a pike.
Never masturbate over a river.

THIS is going to be a trillion times more painful than any of your pussy shenanigans, ore even being circumsized by a huge fish. Seriously. This guy probably tore EVERY ligament in his arm.
Trod on a sea urchin while on holiday (ironically i should have been at a talk about dangers in the water, but thought fuck it and went for a swim). That hurt to fuck, but the worst part was some foreign doctor with no knowledge of the word 'anesthetic' digging the spines out with a scalpel.
I tripped up on my bike and landed sternum first onto my pike handle.
Most of time when I got "badly" injured it would hurt for a second but I'd go into shock.
I would have to say the most painful experience would be putting acid or something on a wart I had, it hurt like a bitch on the ride home.
I remember kicking, litteraly kicking in pain. I would never want to experience that again.
Possibly the time where I had a cramp in my right leg, then left, then right, then at the same time. I was pretty much incapacitated for the next few hours, where I managed to walk again (with a heavy limp).
Or maybe that time I almost cut my finger off on a sharp piece of metal, though that was more mental pain than physical (I was shocked at how deep I cut it, about 2 millimetres, might not seem that bad, but I was a kid, my fingers weren't that thick, so it was almost halfway through).
Having stitches above my anus, I fell over backwards on a sharp metal pole sticking up from the ground one day when I was mowing the lawns. That was painful, couldn't walk properly for weeks and also bruised my tailbone too so I couldn't sit for too long either.
The doctor said I was lucky too, any more to the left or right or any further down toward my anus or vagina then I would've been in serious trouble and would've had to gone into surgery.
There was also the time I burned some skin off my thumb, or the time I touched fire with my finger. Those hurt for awhile.
When 2 amateur Chinese dentists began drilling my back teeth.

People don't truly understand the depths of emotional hurt.
When I was 6 I was at a birthday party on one of those moon jump/bounce house things, and when I came down my front two teeth got caught on the net and got ripped out, then the doctor decided to shove them back up in my gum and now I have buck-teeth, but not extreme.
a cramp on my calf
oh my fucking god that hurt worse than when i broke my leg(AND I WALKED HOME ON ITTT)
Breaking my nose and tearing part of my upper lip.
There was also this one time when an airborne rock hit me in the top of my skull.
Though I didn't feel any pain from that because of shock it was actually pretty funny what happened.
My friends and I were playing near the trolley tracks (Rocks, rocks everywhere). A couple of these "bullies" (I call them assholes) came by and picked a fight with us.

We started throwing rocks at them and they started throwing rocks at us. One rock bounced of a wall close by me and hit me in the head.
The bastards ran away and I curled up into a ball, 9 seconds later I got up and said "I don't fell that bad actually.
Then one of my friends says, "Your bleeding. 0_0" Then I call bullshit, lift my hand up from my injury, look at it and blood.
Then I said, "Holy shit!" and I started laughing for some reason, everyone else joined in.
Then I ran to my house, went to the ER, got staples and went to Dairy Queen.
THE END
At some point in the evening a few months ago, varicose veins on my left leg started to hurt. It's not sharp pain, it's sort of... repetitive pecking pain or something like that.
The worst thing is, it doesn't get much better no matter what you do. Every once in a while it hurts so much it makes me laugh. I don't know why, but it's a bizzare pain, I can't even describe it. Still pretty painful.
Either way, that evening I was on the verge of crying. I don't even know how I managed to fall asleep after that.

I'm not at all.
That and the kidney stone story were the most painful I've heard on here so far.
Dropped a bowling ball on my foot. Luckily it landed in a place without bones.
Burns, awful, awful, awful burns.
Homemade shit is dangerous yo.
I had extremely bad indigestion for an entire day; it felt like my stomach literally blew up and burst into flames and no matter how much I expressed it nobody would do jack shit to help me out.

You have no idea how pain works.
Finding a steep hill on my friends golfcart, attempting to drive down it full speed, falling out the side in front of the damn cart and have it go over me..
