• Single Most Painful Thing You've Ever Felt

God you guys make me paranoid. I can't think of the most painful experience perse but when I nearly had a heart attack one day recently (I'm only 18). Heart beating at 160bpm+, left arm numb, shooting pains in chest and I was on the floor with paramedics all around me in absolute fear for my life. My blood pressure was also extremely low that day too. I know what caused it but I won't explain it because it will just start a big shitstorm. Just know this, if any of you ever get to heart attack stage where you can literally feel your heart beating out of your chest and your left arm goes numb, grab a phone and lie as flat on your back on the ground as you can and call 999/911/Paramedics FIRST and then phone family if you need to. Thankfully I've never had a big accident in my life, I've jammed fingers in doors to the point where it goes purple and I've burned and staved fingers and such but I'd been an introvert for so long that I never really got any bad accidents. Now that I'm out and about and often at the pub in a fairly ghetto ass town I'm worried about getting stabbed or something whilst in a drunken stuper.
Do you have arrhythmia or something like that?
Mountain bike accident, fell head first and it forced the thoracic area of my spine to fold past natural resistance, which caused over-pressure on one particular vertebra, and half of its "top" got splattered in pieces, while two others got fractured. The irony is that while the actual pain after the impact (in my back) was atrocious, the pain I went through after the surgery was even less sustainable to a point where I suddenly fell unconscious after yelling in pain for a good 10 minutes non-stop. It's levels of pain I experienced, all of them, to the point where it hurts so much that it kinds of drains all your energy just so you can cry and yell it out until you can't take it anymore and basically fall asleep. Anyway, I wouldn't wish that anything like that ever happens to anyone, not even my worst enemy (if I had one).
Stapled my thumb, and had a nail slice through my hand.
When I was very small... 6 or something. I was biking down a gravel road, and I fell. All skin on left and right cheek got off. All skin on my hands and all skin from the knees. Never used that much band aid.
I was about 7 years old and for some reason I had my finger in a door hinge. My friend opened the door, almost cutting the tip of my finger off.
Funny story me and my mates tried to hop a 13ft wall, so I'm like 5ft1, (I'm 13 btw.) and my other mate is like 5ft9 (Also 13) so he hopped it sucessfully, so did my other two mates around the same height as my friend Brandon (The 5ft9 friend) and it was just me and a friend left, the friend being smaller than me (we were all the same age.) He hopped it, was difficult for him, then I tried to hop it, well, I ran straight into the fucking wall, my body just thought, "Fuck this" and literally turned off all of its movement things. I lost 3 teeth, broke my nose, and fractured a toe. Wasn't a good memory.
When I tripped on a tent peg and sprained my wrist. Hurt like a bitch
When i burned my finger fuck that was painful as hell had to use cold water.
A few years ago when I was fishing, a fish hook got stuck in my eye, and the lake I was fhising at was hours away form a hospital

well, I haven't felt much pain recently, luckily. but I'd say either breaking my thumb by running head long into a fence at 7, or trying to run through the enemy base in an airsoft match (the name is misleading, it's like paintball except with tiny plastic pellets that sting like a motherfucker).
Like a dumbfuck I was running my index finger slowly across one of those hand held mixers, I decided to increase pressure on the blade until it (without difficulty) went all the way to the bone on my finger, I saw the wound close up in like a second, was reeeeaaaallly... shocking? The pain didn't really come til afterwards. That and UTI, three times.
Tumor grinding on my shoulder blade. Spent hours each night trying to find a way to go to sleep that wouldn't hurt me. Eventually, each night, I would end up propped half against the wall in the corner.
I cut my eye open when I was three, still got the scar but can't remember the pain. Worst pain I can remember? Physical- Foot cramp, argh, feels like my foot is being folded in half. Emotional- First crush, first rejection, all in one. Overall- Probably the second. The first isn't that bad, only temporary.

I wrecked my bike at the skate park the other week and that sucked. Wasn't the most painful but i can't think of what was.
I really can't remember the most painful thing I've ever experienced, I tend to forget the huge pain I was in the moment it stops.
I broke my arm to times. That was painful. I could see the bone, man!!
I was crawling across a log that went over this deep gorge when I was camping once. I felt myself slipping and grabbed a branch to steady myself, but the branch broke. I fell about 15 feet and landed clean on my shoulder onto a pile of rocks. The bone didn't just break. It snapped in half.
I got an electric knive that sliced down my hand, my thumb almost had to be amputated and I am now left with a scar. I was about 9 at the time aswell.
My face as it is smashed against a brick wall while i go flying over my handlebars on my bike, Note this was when i was quite young, so in some ways i was hurt more, Never broken a bone in my life though, so in some ways im lucky.
Nerf Sword into my eye
They truly don't. :frown:
I'm one of those who do, got hurt, fooled and sort of used way too often. Except emotional hurts: Hit a doorframe with my foot once, broke out the nail.
When I was 14 I had a stop-sign fall on my balls.

I read the OP and went to drink an assload of water. Damn, I never want to have a kidney stone. It's one of my worst fears, been ever since I read about them a few years ago.
Earache. I felt like killing myself.
im pretty careful guy but when I was younger and my fingers got stuck between a car door what was slammed to close. :/ i hate when my fingers get stuck somewhere, it becomes numb and starts to hurt.
Getting shot in the brain, it hurts badly, but it's ok
