went to a PC cafe today. most people there were playing CoD and LoL but then sitting in the row opposite from me were 2 kids around 12 years old playing starcraft 1. from what i heard of their conversation i think one of them was teaching the other how to play. the other kid played age of empires and wanted to get into starcraft 1 and they were discussing similarities between the 2. such a cool thing to see, 2 really young kids genuinely interested in all these old strategy games in a PC cafe full of teenagers playing CoD and LoL.

I got a server for Garry's Mod to work where some people I know should be able to join over LAN.

At an airport. Intially failed at finding a place to charge my laptop because of all the damn iphones taking up every single outlet in a quarter mile radius with the outlet to usb conversion thing so they can draw a measly 5 volts so they can play angry birds on the play.. Decide to check for outlets again. Find one outlet open and plug in my charger. Grab my laptop and sit down. Watch a kid with an ipad walking over and noticing the outlet is taken, his mom said you should have been faster.
Just got back to my college and because I will not be home again until well after my birthday I was given a gift early. It is a professionally prepared bobcat skull for my biological specimen collection. The specimen is in excellent condition and is the most complete carnivore skull I have right now. I know most people would find it weird or creepy but to me it was a great gift.

So over the spring break I watched Wreck It Ralph
Wow that is the best animated movie I've seen since Wall-E and Toy Story 3
I loved the numerous video game references dotted throughout the movie
And it was pretty cool seeing Video Game characters doing regular things like seeing Ryu from Street Figther drinking a Root Beer
And the movie ending credits were fantastic, I had to rewind and watch the credits atleast 3-5 times before turning the movie off.

I love biological specimens, I am hoping to get a fully articulated skeleton soon. Always a good conversation starter.
I went to the lounge for the first time at my school. We went to study at 1pm, and we ended up drinking and having a good time for 10+ hours
Consumerism.
Today was probably one of the best days I've had at school so far. These two guys in my group project are really chill, and we just sat around at our school lounge drinking beer, watching soccer, playing pool and working on our project. Really good day
