First I got my older brother into Attack on Titan and Death Note, now I got him into both Akira and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood!
Side note: It was both our first time watching Akira, so we didn't know what to expect. We were absolutely amazed as to how greatly it was animated and how good the voice acting and story was. (We were watching the 2001 dub, btw)

Just registered for fall classes, got into every class I wanted to! Registration opened at 8:00am and I was signed up for six courses by 8:02. This is great because the last two semesters I have had holds on my account and missed out on a few classes.

I just came out to my mum as bi and... she didn't care! Just told me she doesn't really care about someone's sexuality (and how it doesn't make someone a different person), and to just generally be careful when sleeping with someone. Best possible reaction holy shit. :v:
Finding out that my friend's have the same taste in music as I do. Usually the guy we have in charge of picking out Pandora stations would only play Ninja Sex Party and Tenacious D, which isn't bad but it got boring after a while but recently said friend got drunk and we drove 4 hours to a donut shop a couple towns over and he was unable to fulfill the duty of music player. Another guy took over and put on Of Mice & Men, which surprised me because the only music I've heard him listen to was that weird stuff where it's like one dude on an acoustic guitar and like 5 people screaming in "unison".
Had a pretty fun trip, I woulda posted shit earlier but I was way too tired and I had school. I will post videos and some pictures of stuff I found later.

I am taking a class on composing music, and I was so nervous about the assignment to submit a composition. Thought my work was terrible.
I got a near perfect grade, and apparently did stuff other students hadn't.

So I think I just had the greatest day ever.
I went to the school I hoped to go to and had a wonderful interview which ended very well.

Then I went to my mother apartment where we talked for three hours
