Found out that I'm not actually failing two of my classes, since grades went out before 1) a second exam in my PreCalc class and 2) a 200-point essay in my history class that I think I did damn good on

Because of reasons, our maths classes have been rearranged, we no longer have an 8th set, and we now have 2 "top" sets, lets just call 'em 1a and 1b. I got put into 1a with some good friends and the really bright people. We've already started doing harder work, and I love it. I love the way my friend put it though, "set 1a? Oh, that's where the Chinese and Salma* are going to end up"
*Salma is this brilliant girl, she's another thing that gets me happy, she is just so fucking hilarious all the time. She is really damn bright, but can't act well in social situations, which is one of the reasons that she's so funny, instead of being a timid person who doesn't get people, she's a very talkative person who doesn't get people. She asks some of the strangest questions which causes a lot of fun.
