Yep my brother mentioned that one to me
I got two fish!
For free!
I named them Ray and Tito. I'd post a picture, but Rowan's internet is being an ass.

This is their house.

(And yes, a bigger, nicer tank is in the mail. I plan on taking the best care of these little fellas.)

They have a goldfish day on my campus where they do this, it is one of the most popular events.

The line to get them was insane. Wrapped all the way around the inside of our student center.
Thankfully, I was near the front of the line, so I only had to wait [sp]an hour[/sp] :v:
I have no idea if anyone cares, but I made chapter 2 today.

Again, if anyone cares, here's chapter 3:

I got a new bed and OH GOD IT'S EATING MY ROOM IT'S SO BIG
Halloween's coming soon and I fucking love Halloween
Didn't have to sit around campus for 3 hours to get a ride since my friend happened to be leaving at the same time, and lent him a camera lens he needs for a thing he's doing.
Also, going to see Disclosure in October, and James Blake in November.
My goldfish are still alive.
This makes me happy because the same cannot be said for most of the other goldfish given away at the event. The folks running the event didn't give away any food or tell people to IMMEDIATELY wash out the gravel and whatnot.
Their glamorous new, 2.5 gallon, LED-lit tank (along with a jar of flakes, I'm currently feeding them pellets I borrowed from a friend) should arrive in my PO Box by Wednesday at the earliest.
I was lying in the bed trying to sleep, but because of a flu and all the headache it caused, I couldn't sleep and started thinking about stuff. Eventually I got nostalgic enough that I got up and started googling old names. I googled my own name for fun, and I saw one picture where there was a kid who looks just fucking like me/my little brother when I was that age. At first I was thinking that this in an old picture of me, but when I looked at the kid's name, turns out it is neither me nor my bro: This guy has the same surname as and equally devilishly good looks as me. Even the haircut matches: Only thing different about us is the hair color (his is darker than mine at the time) and the fact that he plays football.
I have no clue who this is but I have to say, made me happy seeing him.
Speaking of Persona, Naoto makes me happy. She's too much of a cutie for me to handle.
<-- Huge dork
Oh, and Persona 3 FES came in the mail today. So I'm pretty hyped for that.
Trust me, you'll love P3FES. Despite some differences from P4, like not being able to choose your allie's attacks in battle, it's still an amazing experience. I recently got past the part where [sp]you rescue Fuuka from the Tartarus.[/sp]
Spent about 5 hours today walking through the preserve at my college then walking between public parks. The weather was perfect for it.
Chopping up a bunch of different vegetables and mixing them up together with my fingers (feels so good) and then cooking them up together.
I just cooked up some onions, carrots, bell peppers (red, yellow, orange and green ones), mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower broccoli and jalapenos. Mixed up some sriracha, soy, and honey hoisin sauce together with some minced garlic to cook the vegetables in. Turned out really fucking good. Makes for such a satisfying meal holy shit.
Went to the casino, had a $20 buffet and bought $10 worth of beer. Played some blackjack and won enough to pay for my buffet and beer.
After a 1,5 years of a relationship that ended a couple of months before summer, I didn't really care about meeting new people. On monday though, I've met a really cool girl, who was really friendly, which made me rethink my situation, and go out more.
So I'm not shy with people or even crowds but I am shy with people I like. So the fact that she asked me out herself was awesome. So I got ready for our first date, which she said will be a surprise. And it was, turns out she's really good at long boarding. We went to a good mountain track and were riding for ~5 hours. Was my first time. On one hand holy shit it's scary. I bloodied my elbows and knees, it's super hot and tiring. On the other hand it's really fun and she's super hot. And the fact that she's a touchy feely kind of person is nice as well.
So; my first date in which I came out with a bloody shirt, but also the one in which I had the most fun.
Found an amazing little walking path near my house that's densely forested and walked through it. I saw a whole bunch of deer, even a baby. :3 I forgot my camera though, so I'm going back today to try and get some pictures.
My goldfish tank and food (estimated delivery, Wednesday at the earliest) are scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

I took this out of context before reading your story.
Staying up late enough to hear everything getting quiet and then quieter- I can't wait untill I have my own home because of this- Ill be able to be completely alone at night.
My route to and from college is a short path through a small forest, it's chill af

I helped that hot Brazilian chick with her math homework today. The language barrier made it a bit difficult at first, but we managed to get past that. Afterwards she was all like "thank you very very very very very very very very much" and her accent is so damn sexy and it just rocked. I sure hope she needs more math help very soon.

Now that I'm a responsible adult (:v:) in college essentially living on my own, I can just have a big bowl of candy around and not get yelled at for it.

Not as great as having a huge box of candy, cookies, chocolates, chips, etc. under you desk. As well as a candy jar for stuff that doesn't fit in the box on your desk.

Freshman year I had a tendency to go overboard with snacks so now I ration all my food in between breaks so that I know exactly what I have.

Now I normally have a ton of stuff left over after each semester because I eat less when I am actually logging it all.
