Just finished watched The Breakfast Club, it's been a while since I've watched a movie that I enjoyed so much, almost 30 years after it was made, it still works as a school based film, which really says something about it.

My favorite childhood movie- Spirit, Stallion of the Cimarron. The animation and scenery is beautiful, the soundtrack ranges from energetic to almost painful to hear (feels-wise), and it always cheers me up whenever I pass over a bump in life's road.
Been drinking water and eating no excess sugar for the past few weeks, and I somehow lost 14 pounds. I hope this trend keeps up, I might even start looking like a human instead of a blob soon!
Recording vocals today in the studio for my bands soon to be released EP, excited and nervous! Wish me luck :smile:

Meeting new people and helping them out at my job feels really good. It beats just being at a computer all day.

Biology is awesome, especially classes that get you out into the field. A tip classes with "Field", "Behavioral", or "Ecology" in the title tend to get you the most hands on labs in my experience.
As for the turtle thing, see if your school has any biology/ecology clubs. That way you can get involved in events like this.
