The 64 full stacks in Minecraft have caused me to explode if all of my stuff isn't in a stack with even digits.
OH SHIT 23 WOODEN PLANKS AND I DON'T HAVE ANY MORE TO EVEN IT OUT
Reloading all the time.
When I take out melee weapon I like to swing it without purpose. (If you play TF2 and used the Boston Basher you know it isn't a good idea.)
Lost a lot of armor/health? Load last save. (Due to many games having regeneration and checkpoints I can't do it that much nowadays.)
Save powerful weapons and ammo throughout the game. No boss battle happens. (I did learn to actually use them on regular enemies now.)
Using grenades too complicated? Use them once or twice through the whole game. (All games should (most of them already do) use a special button to throw them).
My Animal Crossing City Folk house looks like a real, comforting, livable house, complete with kitchen/rec room, living/bed room, and bathroom. If I ever get pictures I will post them.
My TF2 backpack as well: http://www.tf2items.com/id/GastricTank
On Mario games where you have to collect 100 coins to get a Star/Shine Sprite, I always have to have the number at 100. If I collect just 1 more coin by accident, I have to restart the level and do it over again.
There are many more, the list could go on.
Every time a round ends in a game, I always have to use my spray on a wall or on a floor.
In Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas: Go to a body shop, spend thousands doing up a car, then go and take it out for a drive... do the slightest bump into another car... HOLY SHIT NEED TO GO TO PAY AND SPRAY AND GET RID OF THE DAMAGE!
In Minecraft... stack of cubes is not a power of 2... HOLY SHIT! Waste a few of them to make it a power of 2, or drop what you're doing and go gather some more. Also similar for health. Suffer minor fall damage than SHIT nothing else on my mind but going to find a pig, kill it and eat the raw pork to gain the health back.
Page fix.

Collect everything, even if I don't know what it is and even if it's totally useless.
In most third-person games, I literally HAVE to complete them. At this point, I've only got 40 feathers left in AC2 and 95% completion in JC2.
In FPSes, I have to keep a full clip, no matter what. Games where you throw away an entire clip when reloading drive me insane.
I also close doors behind me in most games, especially creepy ones like STALKER.
With pistols in multiplayer games, I tend to fire one shot and then reload just to watch the animations before switching to my main weapon.
I collect every possible thing I can, and Oblivion drives me insane with weight limits. I've come up with a weight-value ratio, and I only take the items with the most value and least weight.
God, I probably do have OCD.
I do that reloading thing, but I always have to use the full clip to see the empty animation.
Always.
in COD i knife the air alot... but i don't know if i'm the only one
and i also have this thing with that every time i see an enemy i reload... and sometimes that result in me getting killed
I always shoot an enemy again once I've killed them.
...Just to be sure
Ill use my ammo sparingly, then die with like 100 shots remaining.
Seriously, in CoD id always put on Scavanger/Bandolier then use maybe 50 shots.
Spraying bullets and grenades everywhere at the end of a round, in KF I throw all my money if the squad survives.
reloading after every kill
Melee Randomly in Halo Reach
My bolt action rifle in Red Dead redemption must have backup ammo in increments of 5
My Clantag, Player card, and Weapon camo in Blackops must go together.
Build in odd numbers in Minecraft.
A+ AND FUCKING BANDAGES
a
Randomly switch weapons back and forth, and spin around in circles when camping.
Look at any nearby teammember, even if I have no reason to.
If you've ever played a game in the source engine. Func_breakable_surf
Oops, break a window?

Shot one bullet?
49 out of 50 left?
RELOAD
Whenever I play Stalker or Fallout, i choose the weapon that feels the best, even if it isn't as powerful.
When I'm playing fps games and if there's that one guy in the room that is annoying me, I go to his body when he dies and teabags him.
It's not just for a few seconds though, I stay there teabagging him until I die from enemies.
I reload constantly, not when I have to shoot ofc. I also look behind me/around whenever I can. A perfect example of this is in Killing Floor, when I'm reloading, I have a second or two to look around. I also only use weapons if I like them, some weapons might be much better, but I won't use them for one reason or another, hell it could just because it doesn't look as good (Borderlands, great example). Oh, and I have to play games on Hard difficulty, even if I'm not too great at the game.

I'm pretty much the same too. I hate it in BF2 when I shoot a bullet by accident, reload, and throw away a whole clip.
In LoZ: MM, I always had to have my bank account COMPLETELY full. Always.

Oh god this so much of this. Even if I can use the RPG or the Fatman, I still use SMGs, not because of easy to find ammo but because I just like it as a weapon.
Same for armor.
In Red Orchestra. I always have to put my bayonet on and off my rifle and constanly reload my pistol even if it's fully loaded. And whenever im in a tank either if it's driving or gunning I NEED TO HAVE THE HATCH OPEN, which means I get sniped alot.
Also whenever I get a jeep I need to chase enemy tanks.
If I'm playing a strategy game where some of your units are individually named, such as your generals or admirals in the Total War games, I give them personalities and make them do the most heroic shit possible which either leads to them dying horribly or becoming a hero in the eyes of their men. And when my favorite units die, I grieve for them.
I also reload with number symetry in mind. And i can't stand when weapons are displayed in a stupid angle in FPS, or when they don't swing with your FOV. Thus games like l4d or CSS lose a lot of atmosphere for me, and i won't even start with armed assault.

That would drive me fucking insane.
In games that you can loot things, I have to loot EVERYTHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING or else I get paranoid that I missed something very rare.
Must always climb onto the bin and jump over the combine.
