School. We stopped class and watched the news.

honey someone bombed the twin towers
:3:
I was at home playing Super Mario 64. Mom freaked out because of an email she got and started crying in front of the other TV and I went to see what was wrong.
I saw the second tower fall live actually. I secretly thought it was cool to see a huge building fall like that.
In my 1st grade classroom all the kids were freaking out because we thought one of the towers was going to land on our school.
I live in Rhode Island
Saw the second tower fall live.
In a plane heading to florida. When i saw the hijack thing on the airplane news i told my mom "Are we gonna die?" She said her usual no to stop me from crying.

Watching replays of my Dad's plane crashing into the south tower on TV. :smith:
I found out 3 hours later that he was okay, he had missed his flight. Happiest moment of my life. :unsmith:

Where were you guys during the first?
I was in Hawaii. I had no clue what the hell was going on cause I was 6 at the time. All I knew was that there was no school that day.
I was getting picked up from school by my Granddad when he told me. I didn't really know what the twin towers was since I was only about 9 at the time and had never been in them since when we visited New York a while previously there was a bombscare in the building.
I was young by then so i thought it was a movie. My parents were scared and such but i thought they were overreacting over the "movie".
did anyone actually see or hear it?
At home.
I remember it like it was yesterday, despite being 6 at the time.
After my brother came back from his high school we were watching TV and suddenly he started to switch to foreign channels, and there we saw the burning towers.
I didn't know what was going on, like others said I thought it was a movie or something. While I sat confused my brother began to call everyone, our parents, friends etc. I felt fear in the air, and after the towers collapsed it hit me that this thing is not a movie.
Brrr, I shiver when I recall all this.
Sitting behind a computer.

I remember I was at Daycare (Im only 13, so I was younger when it happened) and I just sat and watched the plane crash into the TV. Then another boy came over with a pillow and started to hit the TV and cry, claiming his dad was on that plane. Which was probably not true as we lived in Georgia (State, not country) and his dad was coming to pick him up from daycare. I even watched him tackle his dad when he saw him coming to pick him up. I had no idea what just happened and continued to play with my building blocks.
Saw it and i was shocked, But now the US is over reacting it.
all the years that followed i did not gave a shit about it, even this day.
Taking a shit.
Was very smelly.
Yes definitely, i remember it crystal clear
Hmm, I was only about 5 at the time but I still remember that day clearly. I was watching TV when my dad called home from work. He told my mum to quickly switch to CNN. I, of course, did not know what the hell was going on. My mum switched the channel to CNN and, just seconds later, we saw the first tower collapse. I also remember watching the second tower collapse as well.
I was pissed off cause Arthur wasn't on instead it was some fucking skyscrapers on fire.
I was mad
I was in 2nd grade and in school at the time. The gym teacher came in and and left with our teacher. I think it was like 20 minutes until they came back. Then they continued on with what they were teaching us. I found out what happened when I got home. They had apparently told the kids in the upper grades, but decided it would be best not tell the littler kids.
Was in my 3rd grade classroom, I remember the teacher putting the TV on randomly and going nuts. None of us really knew what was going on.

Everyone knows they loved watching a big building blow up. Especially hardcore gamers.
In the UK at school, I think on the play ground but not 100% sure
At work, taking bets with the rest of the office on how long the towers would stay up.
$50 was lost that day.
Talking to my uncle on the phone. He was saying he was at the plaza in the middle of the WTC complex. I heard the plane go over and explode.
He would have been up in the tower and dead if i hadn't have called him.
infront on my TV.
Remember thinking this:
"God, why do I have to go inside to do the Pledge of Allegiance, I just wanna play outside on my free day damnit."
I was such an awesome kid in first grade.
