Overrated Or Overhyped Games - General

This game is absolute rubbish and it's overrated as shit just because EA paid the "Pro Reviewers" to give it a high score. Almost everything that they say it's good about the game is exactly what killed it. Few examples: controls, car physics, the long loadings, long respawn times, the fact that there is respawning in this game, and POWERUPS. FUCKING POWERUPS. What is this, Blur?!?! It was also overhyped because this game was a light at the end of the tunnel, hoping that this would actually be a good NFS game since Carbon. (yes I liked Carbon) It wasn't. Hopefully The Run isn't as bad when it comes to multiplayer. I can already see the singleplayer for The Run will flawlessly fail.

I mean, the first Mario Party games were fun, but it's gone far enough. Still, I think the 3D platformer games deserve the praise they get.

right now Skyrim seems pretty overhyped to me, I will still probably play it but I have no expectations, which in retrospect might be a good thing. Also, Borderlands.

I don't like it, but i am overly hyped for Skyrim... I really don't wan't to be this hyped, because of what happened to Oblivion, but still, i can't dehype myself, especially since you can dual wield shields.
