If you're watching because you just want to see a catgirl, Omamori Himari. If you're watching for good stories, character development, animation, or basically anything else, don't bother with it
Or Asobi Ni Iku Yo, but again, it's complete crap as a series and only watch it if you're desperate for something with catgirls

You might find something you like in the 5-7 range if you're okay with excessive fanservice though. Most are tagged so you can see what is what. In general i'll rate these categories higher than the rest: fantasy, comedy, and scifi. So if you don't like a specific category that I like, subtract 1 or two points. If you like a category that i'm not particularly biased towards, maybe add 1 or 2 points. The only exception is fanservice, which you can add 1 extra point for usually.
