I am now on the second episode, and I would agree at saying it is good... so far.
It feels like it has the potential to be repetitive and cliche, but so far, I'm really liking it.

I kind of just expected it to be sort of like Summer Wars but with an MMO, and a bit more drawn out, with real-life troubles as well. Finally finished Ergo Proxy. Watched more anime than I did in the past two weeks.
Good anime, albeit very confusing sometimes, and the two filler episodes were odd.

Yes, it is worth watching, although you're going to be very confused at some parts.

Yeah, but I mean, maybe there are other people who base what shows they watch entirely on a gif of someone getting a paper cut and a boar shaking its booty.
But really, I honestly never read up on SAO before watching. I just look at who likes it, and base it on how much I trust their taste. I mean, if lots of people I like like it, then it's surely good, by my logic. I bought Summer Wars on DVD because someone said it was good, and there were lots of stars on Amazon. I wasn't disappointed. This method hasn't done me wrong before.
But yes, I know it isn't a spoiler. I made that argument yesterday without really even thinking about it. It isn't a spoiler okay. I just like not knowing about what I'm watching before starting, only knowing that people like it.
Anyone else watched Joshiraku Episode 1?
Personally I found it entertaining, especially the self-mocking in the beginning of the episode. [gg] did a good job with all the kanji/word-puns, and from my understanding, didn't change too much. The comedy overall was pretty good and the characters seem interesting enough to keep watching.
At the moment it's a 7 or 8 show, and the ED was really good.
Midori no Hibi is underrated as fuck

What is it about Touhou songs that make them all sound the same? I've been learning them on the piano, and they all have a similar feel to them, and I can't exactly put my finger on what makes them all feel so similar. Maybe someone more musically inclined than I could provide some insight.

I used to watch at least 8/9 episodes a night, but now I can hardly get through watching 3.
Just find a time when you literally have nothing else to do and marathon a show.
Normally after I finish watching one episode, I fuck around Facepunch or elsewhere on the web which effectively kills my mood to do anything else.
