so i watched to the end of SAO6, and was glad that there was pretty much no fanservice in this episode. I skipped past the credits to see the title of the next episode, and was then greeted with the "sponsor message" shortly after. this was the background to the sponsor message: [t]http://i.imgur.com/v7DIZ.jpg[/t] they just had to throw something in at the last minute to meet their fanservice quota obviously, haha

I've watched the first 2 episodes of Trigun, and honestly, I not impressed. Its okay, but does it get better? I'm not a big fan of anime, I do enjoy some of it like Evangelion, Akira, and Samurai Champloo. I've been trying to find some good anime that isn't always kawaii and :3 all the time (I think a lot of old anime doesn't fall to this but I dunno). Is there any anime similar to what I mentioned before? Where its serious and funny but not stupid. Also, what are some good anime on Netflix instant?

When I first watched evangelion, I also couldn't understand the hype around it. But I think after the 6th episode, I was hooked into the series. I'm guessing Trigun is like that?

I cannot emphasize enough why you should watch it, it'll take a couple episodes to pick up but it'll hit you like a fucking truck.

After finishing Planetes, I watched Paranoia Agent, now I am getting ready to watch Paprika. I'm kinda curious is there anything else like Paranoia Agent?

you know what? I'm just gonna fucking rewatch steins;gate, and that'll be the first anime EVER that I actually rewatch.

I rewatched steins;gate and it caused me to rewatch 3 other animes in a week

I know this is utterly bizarre but I stopped watching Steins:Gate at around episode 16 and have been stalled on it ever since. I mean to get back to it but the motivation just isn't there.
