There is a lot of bad dubs but I think Black Lagoon, Shin Chan, Soul Eater are really good dubs. Even Baccano was done well.

I don't mind shows that are dubbed like trigun, and cowboy bebop because they're decently dubbed.
however- most shows that are dubbed have god awful fucking voice actors, and I learned to get used to the japanese. plus you'll learn a couple of words here and there.
