But it's good tears. And you get some great fucking laughs as well. The show is just as much of a comedy as it's a drama.

And I can't say what's special about the [sp]death[/sp] in S2 but it would change things for you.
Clannad is probably one of the best stories ever told through anime, After story was simply amazing.. The first season was pretty boring IMO. The end of After story was great though, and I especially loved ep18, it was just so well done..

It's just another harem where the main protagonist gets all the bitches and they got their own arcs and then one is chosen in the end and then they mix some fantasy into it without making it too surreal and unrealistic.

The second season was completely unrealistic and highly fantasy. There was nothing realistic about that season at all. Magic all the way, erry day.
