Only problem I have with Harems is you see a lot of the same situations.
Specifically the bath scenes.

Bath scenes, tripping and falling over on their boobs/vaginas, getting blamed, slapped and beaten to death for something he didn't do, panty shots, panty shots, boob shots, boob shots, bathing scenes, girls playing with their rivals breasts, morales in how you need to be decisive and chose one partner in order to not hurt everybody by trying to be nice to all, school, school and being at the school, at school, takes place at school, did I mention that they are always in school? Yes I will continue to watch them. lol
Though I'm not saying Harem is my favorite. I like story.
I like story, and I like being aroused sometimes(?). Its the only way I can put it.. But I enjoy some harems with story.

I watched something recently where they spent the first five minutes setting up an Onsen episode and then it was like 'JUST JOSHIN' YA' and it turned out to be a pretty decent episode. Wish I could remember what it was.... Might have been Xam'd?

except that unlike to love-ru or some other stupid shit, for hayate and ranma the main pull is how funny the situational humor is (even though ranma has titties fucking everywhere, a funny situation is rarely a "fall down and have your hands down a woman's panties" bit) and the actual depth of the characters

Xam'd was great except the ending felt a bit rushed. A lot of stuff was left unexplained and shit like [sp]Akiyuki turning to stone and then back in to his normal self several years later for no reason at all[/sp] really ground my gears.
