Incidentally, Kukuru is probably my favorite character from Joshiraku, along with Marii.

psh hopeless romantic over here
I don't think I've even watched an anime that has no romantic interactions at all.
Maybe Dennou Coil

I don't think there was any in Paranoia Agent? Trigun, and arguably Cowboy Bebop as well. So far there has been no romance in Jinrui Wa Suita Shimashita either.
Nothing in Joshiraku and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure doesn't even feature any girls except for a wife and a underling of the evil Dio man.
Akira only features bromance. Azumanga Daioh, Lucky Star, K-On! and Hidamari Sketch doesn't have any romance.
Battle Programmer Shirashe is too much of a boring super hacker to care about females. Cromartie Highschool didn't have any females to make romance with, and when they finally had females they had no boys.
Can't remember any romantic feelings going around in Canaan either. GA: Geijutsuka Art Design Class was rid of any form of romance, just slice of life art school comedy.
Daily Lives of Highschool Boys didn't actually feature any romantic shenanigans despite heavily suggested romantic interests.
Dennou Coil as you stated, didn't have any romance going on. Excel Saga and Puni Puni Poemi is just pure comedy.
Gyagu Manga Biyori is too busy delivering non-stop gags and fitting their content inside the timeframe to care about petty things like love.
Katte ni Kaizou is too busy joking around and the main character too busy thinking he's a robot to develop any love interests.
Kill Me Baby is a piece of shit even with the lack of romance. Kuuchuu Buranko may have a sexy nurse, but it does not dabble into romance.
The closest you get with Mononoke is that one of the arcs centers around a brothel and [sp]dead babies.[/sp].
Nekojiru Gekijou (Cat Soup Theather) is just about as un-romantic as it gets. Cats being complete fucking dicks.
The OVA for Read Or Die had no romance whatsoever, dunno about the TV version. Renkin San-kyuu Magical? Pokaan featured none.
The main character in Serial Experiments Lain was too busy upgrading and using her computer and 1337 internet skills to be interested in, let alone socialize, with anyone.
Thermae Romae makes amazing roman bath solutions and couldn't care less about your filthy romance.
Whilst Beatrice and Battler almost becomes like a quarreling couple there is no romance in Umineko no Naku Koro ni.
That would be my list of shows I've seen that contains no romantic interactions whatsoever. It's not that they just aren't romance, but there is no romance present at all.
I don't think there was any in Paranoia Agent?
Yeah I don't think so either.
Well I've watched very few then.
Oh that reminds me! I wanted to start Cowboy Bebop.
[editline]1st September 2012[/editline]
Also Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai.
Absolutely nothing romantic in that.

You got that wrong.
I am God. Not just amongst men, but in general.
More like not at all.

If an anime has people in it, there'll usually be some aspect of romance in it; regardless of whether it is central to the show or not.
To add to dgg's list:
Ghost in the shell: Stand alone complex (as far as I can remember)
Romance comedies are fucking great.
toradora and clannad have no romance whatsoever
you're right about clannad.
it only has tears.
Yes if you enjoy minor mysteries.
What is it focused on though?
What is it focused on though?
4 friends who are part of a club who solve mysteries.
These are the type of people they are.
One is [sp]curious[/sp]
One is a [sp]'database'[/sp]
One is [sp]Tsundere...actually I think she is the researcher of the group[/sp]
and the MC [sp]is really lazy but good at solving mysteries[/sp]
What is it focused on though?
"mysteries" that the characters encounter and your average slice of life stuff like school Cultural Festivals.

I'm getting a tsundere vibe from her when it comes to her and the database guy.
I'm way to burnt out from watching anime though....I can hardly remember anything that I recently watched
How old are you?
I can understand trying to avoid romance in anime. It's often not done very well as a subplot, unimaginatively using basic tropes and being somewhat shoehorned in simply because "he's the MC and she's a girl character". Done badly enough, it can create painfully forced moments that detract from the plot.
While it's usually stomach-able, it can be refreshing to watch something that realizes a romance is pointless in the context of the setting, and doesn't bother with it.
Of course, an exception is made for shows that focus around romance, which are expected to handle it better (and will be judged more harshly for not doing so).
