I think it's classical but it sounded really awesome but now I can't find it in any episodes. I'm sure I'm just skipping over it when I'm searching.

Yurika's Campus Life is by the same author/artist but there's only 3 chapters translated and they're pretty infrequent as well.

Not ecchi, but Mahoraba was enjoyable though I read it when I was just getting into manga and I might not have been so discerning then.

I can't watch anime with over 50 episodes. It's too hard for me to since I can't shotgun it like i usually do with all of the episodes in one day.

i don't like elfin lied, read the manga all the way through a few years ago and it wasn't that great yet it's praised like no other
it's basically violence porn with naked girls with horns that suspiciously look like cat ears and it wants to have a deeper background but i can't ignore it with all these naked girls running around in full serious-mode and super serious killer whos other personality IS a cute catgirl pretty much
I just really like One Piece. The atmosphere, the characters, the reactions, the FEEL
Naruto is finally getting good now but yeah once you start watching other anime that is actually good, tastes seem to change.
I still watch Naruto though I just don't like it as much as I use to.

Not an ecchi or generic rom-com, but I suggest you read Onani Master Kurosawa (literally read as Masturbation Master Kurosawa) if you haven't already.
It may seem silly and absolutely ridiculous just by judging from the synopsis, but god, it really is one of the best manga I've read in recent time.
It's fairly short, but the pacing and writing more than make up for it.
