I haven't watched it yet, but I've done my fair amount of reading about it.
The anime supposedly remains fairly faithful to the manga, but it's only 13 episodes and ends rather abruptly whereas the manga is still up and running.
Last I checked, 11 volumes have already been published so they shouldn't be too hard to find online.
If I were you, I'd just start reading the manga from the get go. Transitioning from the anime to the manga might be a little offsetting.
So the KissXSis manga seems to be coming to and end, as he has fallen in love with one of the girls and told the other girls that he was serious about it, and they accepted it.
But I did not expect that he would choose [sp]the teacher[/sp].
I can't say I'm disappointing though. The last chapter they shared was really intense.

And I have to say, the difference between the Manga and the OVAs/anime is really big.
While the OVAs/Anime focus on mostly fanservice, the manga features a lot more humour and also some really great romance.
Ok... a little too much of Fate/Zero in one sitting. Pretty obvious shit would hit the fan midway through the second season, but everything has been so goddamn depressing.
On a more lighthearted note, this anime literally has fucking everything. Aerial combat, a brief car chase scene and whole lot of other shit.
Going to wait until tomorrow night to finish the last four episodes.

"Black Lagoon plays this trope straight and often to a level that threatens one's Suspension of Disbelief. But, then again, its an action movie masquerading as an episodic anime, so it makes sense, and besides, most of the named characters are known in universe for being near unkillable anyway because they are just THAT good at surviving."
