If you watch Haruhi, you could just skip Endless Eight and watch the movie instead. The movie is much better than Endless Eight, which basically existed as an excuse to develop Nagato into more of a character, and the movie does it much better

Every week was spent hoping this week's episode would advance the plot even slightly. The fact that each episode was animated differently didn't help. It felt like trolling, putting that much effort into something that was essentially the same each time

I read it was to make the viewer angry since [sp]Nagato had to go through it 15k times or something[/sp] and to make a bigger impact for the movie.

Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 episode 1 eeeek. Gloomy tragedy is quite nice, this will be fun. Main character is an angsty teenage girl, saying things like:

Just finished Durarara!! and the first 10 episodes were pretty slow but picked up afterwards. Was fun to watch and I really enjoyed the [sp]cameo appearance of Isaac and Miria[/sp]
I didn't like it as much as Baccano! though
I'm on episode one of Madoka Magica. This show is so trippy. I really hope I can understand what is all going on by the end.
