However, Index's given name is Index, and her surname is Librorum Prohibitorum. As she is a British national and citizen, and therefore a holder of a British passport, the passport should accurately display her Given and Surnames correctly in the British manner.
Instead, for some reason, it swaps them around. This doesn't make sense.
Most people simply localize those kinds of things to their own country because reasons.

placing these as a cast list, you'll get:
Librorum Prohibitorum, Index
Kamijou, Touma
not "Index, Librorum Prohibitorum".
Also do remember she is named after the Index Librorum Prohibitorum, not the "Librorum Prohibitorum Index"
