battle tendency (part 2), stardust crusaders (part 3), and stone ocean (part 6) are all fantastic reads
you can see an improvement in hirohiko araki's art near the end of part 2 and all the way through part 3

It was pretty nice since they had Kuopio Symphony Orchestra playing anime songs such as Lilium and Cruel Angel's Thesis. Also met some friends and got to listen Hen Da Ne's Brian shouting "GET YOUR YAAAOOOIII HERE" for two days straight.
For this season, I'm watching [B]Jintai[/B] and [B]Sword Art Online[/B].
Jintai is absolutely brilliant with Romeo Tanaka on board. The subtle social criticism with nice characters and really unique setting really appeal to me. The latest episode was a bit weaker than the first two, but that is probably just because the first two episodes were so incredibly solid.
Sword Art Online started off really bland and the second episode was actually pretty bad with all the forced drama and rushed plot. The characters are also [i]really[/i] bland and uninspired and have no personality whatsoever. I still enjoy the visuals and the music, so if you like shallow anime, SAO might be your choice.[/QUOTE]
SAO is feeling a lot like Guilty Crown right now, a lot of potential, and wasting all of it.
Not to mention they are doing a pretty bad job of adapting the light novel, they have already missed out on a lot of explanation that would tie up some plot holes.([sp]like how all the players got sent to hospitals and put on coma treatment[/sp])
