Just watched The Place Promised In Our Early Days and Children Who Chase Lost Voices, both by Makoto Shinkai. He also did a few other anime movies that I've seen, and I really think all of them tell a beautiful story. The sound tracks and visuals are quite stunning as well.
Meh. Decided to see if i could go to see May'n perform in Paris, but tickets are sold out. Sucks she's doing a tour and i can't see her.
I seem to be pretty burnt out in anime right now- I mean... It was only 3 weeks ago I was sitting here watching entire seasons, and now I can't get past more than 1 episode in a sitting. Its like I have to do something else in between or afterwords.

Same here, I tried marathon-ing P&S and Sengoku Basara but I always stop after one episode.
I on the other hand have gone through 15 episodes of Code Geass in the last two days, despite having very little spare time.

Kyo-Ani only tend to do one series a year since Clannad, and they've already announced their series for next year, so it'll probably be at least a two year wait if there is another series

[sp] when he did become emperor- I personally thought that he could have ended the fighting then and there, instead he douches it up somemore- chains up his sister, mananges to kill COUNTLESS of lives that could have been possibly spared. Of course there'd be the same power struggle, but when he mananged to capture that enormous floating doom tower/castle, he didn't exactly have to fucking use it countless times. I still admire his intentions though, its a complete shame however.. That his name would be most likely be revered in shame. Maybe thats what kills me in the inside.[/sp]
