Is chaos;head really that bad or is it just exaggerated because steins;gate was so good?
Just saw the first episode of 'Memories'.
Spooky mindfuck going on in the first episode, but it wasn't bad at all. The music was nice and calming too.
Anyone else seen it?

I watched Chaos;Head long ago, before there was any note about Steins;Gate (Anime at least). Even back then i though it was worst series i ever saw. It gave me some laughs about how bad and stupid it was at some points, but that is still not making it any better.
It was more like i had low expectations about Steins;Gate when it was announced, knowing it was related to that crap;head.

The original VN was fine by all means, but it got a piss-poor anime adaptation, whereas Steins;Gate was pretty much spot on.

Yes. Magnetic Rose is my favourite of the three. Stink Bomb is great too in a different way. I didn't like Cannon Fodder.

Cannon Fodder didn't really have much substance compared to MR and SB
