They're very visual and like spicing their backgrounds up, changing things every time there is a new angle or scene.

I would assume it's a map over sex offenders or plays with what they say (which is kinda hard to know without playing the episode).
They do like changing the scenery according with the context of what is happening / being said

It hasn't. [sp]It's just not as obvious in the latest episodes. Which makes it confusing. Unless you memorize the names then really you have to go by how they act in a scene to realize or until it's mentioned.[/sp]
