Uh, no. It's pretty bad even compared to a generic zombie story.
Animation was average Madhouse stuff with extremely annoying keyframes with motion blur and grunge tacked onto them.
All the good animation was sunk into bullet-dodging boobs and such.
Just passed the 30 episodes mark with Gintama. You can see the animation budget increasing with every episode.
i'm waiting on more episodes of joshiraku
but so far kuroko no basuke takes the cake

once you get into the 100s you can watch the animation quality drop for non-important episodes

I feel the whole fifth episode of Kokoro Connect was ruined by mr. nice guy just standing there looking at her without doing anything about it. And then when it happened he was suddenly 5 fucking meters away despite being right next to her in the previous scenes.
It's obvious the bodyswapping isn't over. HS just gave them some breathing room after what happened.

I feel pretty at odds with Kokoro Connect. A lot of the drama feels phoned in, and it just goes for cheap emotional manipulation (which to be quite honest I do eat up like a shitlord). The writing isn't anything spectacular and the pacing is all over the place.
On the other hand, the characters and their personalities are really great, and the delivery of the emotional scenes are top notch.
