I retired from it the moment we downed Arthas however. The guild I was at the time wasn't looking too good, so it was time to bail.

also with cross realm stuff you can't fully interact with a lot of players you'll meet, and with the cross realm stuff you'll probably never run into the same people again

I was on one for like an hour and the only time it was bad was Goldshire, outside of Goldshire nothing really happened except I became friends with a gnome.
