No one is 100% male and no one is 100% female, we are all in the parts in between.

Well, if you're MtF trans, at least. Trans guys have it a lot worse. With MtF you basically turn the penis inside out and make it look really accurate to a cis woman's vagina, and you can still feel with it and stuff and they're actually even figuring out how to implant a womb too so in the future trans women can get naturally pregnant, but trans men, it's either keep with their vagina, or have skin taken from their body (usually arm or stomach) and make a sort of meat tube with an inflatable thing in it that they pump up to simulate erection. i got an email about my hospital chart being updated and it was the results of all the scans and bloodwork i had done for the post-surgical checkup. all areas that the cancer could have spread to apparently seemed "unremarkable" meaning they were clear and there was no evidence that the cancer had metastasized which means that as long as this one little thing they noticed is just an effect of the surgery, i'm most likely cancer free [editline]3rd August 2015[/editline] obviously i have to wait for my doctors appointment in a few days to see what he says but i think these scans are really good news
