I think you're dumb. Learn to anatomy. Sand hurts because there is a lot of grains and different shit, but a needle is thin and it doesn't go so deep, only on upper layers that don't feel pain. If you put one grain of sand on an open eye, it won't hurt until you close it.
Have you seen lasik or whatever eye operations, they remove layers of eye, while patient is alive and without any drugs.
