Good show, good show.
Probably one of the coolest examples of classic animes which is awesome in it's own special way. There is just something about it that makes it really good. The re-use of the same scenes with the same music when the same kind of fight happening, it's just, unforgettable and epic.
The weird ass shit that goes on that makes no sense at all is also mindblowingly... Awesome?
I don't know why, but I rated it 8/10, but in my head it's a clear 9/10. But memories are never to be trusted. Gurren Lagann isn't very awesome in my memories, I have problems recalling feelings in my memories, I just know that I think and find it fucking awesome.

I'd want something that is a mix of democracy and communism.
We'd need to find that balance that gives people more benefits and "power" for doing more without letting it become a big deal that really seperates the less-harder working from them making them "less worth". Basically find a way to make people that work hard unable to gain great benefits and power without stripping them off those things completely. Simply making it rewarding and attractive without ruining it for everyone else.
There is nothing wrong with communism. It just doesn't work because of natural born behaviour. We've never had communism in the world either, just attempts that turned into dictatorships.

Humans are selfish, that's it. It's nothing more. Everything we do we do for personal gain. Somethings we do unconsciously, other things we do knowingly.
The reason people help others is to (wheter they realize it or not) feel better about themselves, get that good feeling. And usually they talk about it later on so they can spread the words of just how good they are to others so they can feel even better about themselves for being such a good guy. Others are happy enough to think so by themselves and don't mention it unless someone brings it up in one way or another.
The reason people trash talk and look down on others is to (wheter they realize it or not) feel better about themselves... Yadda yadda yadda.
