I have no idea, but it just said that the product I tried to order cannot be delivered to Finland and stopped me from buying it. Not necessarily because it is a drill, but it has to affect it somehow.

Expensive enough, especially for just being a school project.
The most I've ever spent on anything school-related (beyond books and equipment like pencils and shit) is 20kr = ~3 dollars.

The TV series followed the manga for about 2-3 episodes and then wandered off into it's own little world where it's not related to it at all in any way other than having a few of the main characters.
The OVA follows the manga more or less precisely.
Haven't read the manga as I don't read manga. But the OVA is pure awesomeness and the TV series is shit with good music which is put in badly.

This story could have been just fine with 13 episodes. But they had no idea how to do it, and many scenes were even DRAGGED OUT. They focused on too many people and tried to tell stuff about them even if the character wasn't important at all.
