The art is pretty good to start the series, but only progresses to get much better later on. Same for the plot too, it just starts out as a "chronicles of x" type thing. But plots slowly develop with each volume. Personally I think it's a great read.

Yeah i know what they say, all anime is perverted kawaii desu giant eyes, no noses, different character design and everything, well that's pretty hypocritical, since Western cartoons are even worse sometimes. My Opinion on Mainstreamed Anime? It's quite like the CoD series. The first couple of episodes of Naruto/One Piece/Bleach were alright, not too bad, not that awesome, but one can only milk a series before it's just utter shit.
Funny how most people blindly hate all Anime, even though i'm pretty sure they enjoyed Pokemon or DragonBall Z when they were kids, not because it was Anime, but because it was a show they enjoyed. Saying you hate anime because of a 5 minute video clip of Lucky Star or something is basically saying "I'm a narrow sighted fuck that generalizes way too much".

Personally CoD and Halo have gone down the shitter. Both series arn't developed by their original companies anymore. Ubisoft and EA are now shitty DRM buttbuddies, Microsoft wants all of your money, Sony is running out of ideas, and Nintendo is steering towards a tree. Nintendo is going in the wrong direction, but still have the chance and turn out of disaster. Valve is pretty cool, but sometimes i wish they would stop fucking with customers that much. In a good way.

I thought that was quite obvious already?
Pretty much every fansub group is slow as shit and start falling behind heavily after a while and then end up dropping the show or catch up with it one month later unless they decide to pick up something else randomly out of the blue. They're all assholes with a ego bigger than the world which causes them to lose staff all the fucking time causing project drops and stalling all the time and communication inside most groups seems to be some sort of a myth.

Also, I usually get speeds like 2-3MB/s from XDCC bots so yeah.
