[sp]I didn't feel bad for shooting him in ME3[/sp]

Dr Magnusson. This guy is just a one-dimensional asshole and does fuck all important in the story. Even Breen is more likeable than this guy.

I really hated lenny (Hitman Absolution)
[sp]Long live to the ice truck[/sp]
DragonBall Z was perhaps the only show where I actively hated almost every villain and wished for them all to die horribly.
Got another one:
[t]http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140320203243/infamous/images/b/b1/Augustine.PNG[/t]
Brooke Augustine from Infamous: Second Son. The personification of power-abusing, arrogant bitch.
I thought that [sp]his death was really underwhelming. I wanted him gone more than Weston, but it was Weston that got the big send off in the end. When Haines was shot he quickly ragdolled to one side and that was it, really anticlimactic if you ask me.[/sp]
It was much more enjoyable [sp]to use an RPG and nuke both him and the camera guy. IIRC one of the side objectives for Gold medal was to do that as well. I didn't really mind that his death was quick. He was a prick and I did not care for him. Weston however kept trying to turn the group on each other, so him getting the big finish was alright in my book.[/sp]
Skyler White, Breaking Bad. Ugh.

Omochao was incredibly annoying. At least Sega let the player throw him at enemies as a weapon.
There's a difference between fitting one's character and one's species, though. Worf and B'elanna, and in fact most of the major non-terran characters (looking at you, Quark), are fleshed out the most when they're drawn distinct from their species' stereotypes. The fascinating thing about Worf and B'elanna is that they've both always been outsiders to the Klingon world, and yet they've maintained virtual opposite relationships with it. Worf learned to control his Klingon temper and passionate nature, but he still feels a strong bond and sense of duty to his peoples' traditions and the well-being of the empire. Meanwhile, B'elanna largely rejects Klingon tradition and beliefs, but she's adopted their temperament and essentialist worldview as a part of her personality.
This fucker.

He gets his own "comic relief" music but he's anything but funny, and he straight-up tries to kill you several times. He's pretty much just a walking, douchey fat joke.
Still royally pissed [sp]that the PC isn't the one who gets to shoot him.[/sp]
No one who actually knows Robin hates him.

Check out those built-in nipples.

WHAT, SHES AMAZING.
I think most of the characters that just existed as foils to more important characters (Kima's ex, McNulty's kids, the guy who keeps robbing bubbles) are really easy targets. They don't act unbelievably or distract from the story. Their only crime really is that they just aren't developed because the crew probably thought it wasn't worth the screen time. All the same that doesn't make them better as characters and its totally legitimate to call them on it

You should probably mention you're talking about The Wire.

Tiny Tina in a nutshell folks.
Split right down the middle. Perfect symmetry.

I could deal with Claptrap, but not with her.
I could deal with Claptrap, but not with her.
I like Tina and fucking loathe Claptrap since when Tina tries to do something she CAN accually do it. Unlike Claptrap that fails at everything other than opening a door. Also Tina didnt have a fucking mission requiering you to stand in one place for 5 min.
Now i can understand people disliking Tina since she's being all over the place and can be very annoying with the "OMGZNIGGUHIRFUNNEHNOW" bullshit. wich i fucking hate too. But at least she has a reason for doing so. It's a shield to hide whats behind it and at least that shield breaks down sometimes. Not often but sometimes. Claptrap just blasts you fulltime with annoyance!

The most bad-assesses DLC I have ever played. Tina's finest hour. Characters are funny (original BL funny), and it seems like new enemy behind every corner. Tina's commentary is hilarious.

Assault on the Dragon Keep was also really good. So yea, she's not that great in the main game, but in the DLCs she's a much better character.
Fucking Walter white. Like, goddamn dude, seriously? "oh I'm dying of cancer so I'm going to ruin everyone's life around me, but dont worry its for a good cause I promise ;)"
Walter White's a changing character, like Vince Gilligan himself said, he went from Mr. Rogers to Scarface
The thing that makes him such a good character is that everything has a reason, at first he's just trying to find a way to make money for his family, and then things go wrong and it all snowballs to a point where he can't leave, and when he finally has a chance to leave without causing any major damage,[sp] he stays because he's already already changed a bunch, and is prideful of his work, and that's when everything starts to fall apart and he becomes a monster[/sp]

'We spartans lol'
In fact, just chalk up just about every character 343's come up with.
Oh, and this guy:

This smug fuck right here. Racist, sexist, corrupt, arrogant, and with a terrible fashion sense. The ultimate kick in the dick though is [sp]he's never punished for his crimes and he even gives a disingenuous eulogy at Phelp's funeral[/sp]. Also pretty much any corrupt official in law, from low-level enforcers to judges, prosecutors, and lawyers.
From Shawshank Redemption:

Especially after he [sp]kills Tommy.[/sp]
