Despite the painfully obvious influence of grimdark filtered through the lens of kid's cereal commercials, I really didn't have much of a problem with this chracter at first. He wasn't necessarily evil, just misguided. Then the 2005 game made him a hilariously formulaic tryhard douche and his developing estrogen army rolled with it. A hero, but still an asshole for no reason, using a motorcycle despite having rockets in his shoes and still wanting to be taken seriously. Now he's redundant at best. Say what you will about Sonic, at least he could pretend to have a sense of irony.

I actually thought he was one of the most complex characters in the show; he wasn't a typical comic book villain and actually had reasons behind his actions beyond 'im evil'. Not to say he was necessarily a good person, he did bad stuff, but you could often see /why/ he did it. Why do you hate him?

Well, one can appreciate complexity of character without liking the character, and that's how I feel about the Governor myself. He was a horrible person who had genuine reasons to do the things he did, which I appreciate. Personally I hate him because he was a turbodouche, but at the same time I wish there were more villains like him.

For context on what he did for those unknowing, (Small S5E1 spoiler) [sp]Tyreese, baby Judith, and Martin were in a small cabin with Martin being tied. Tyreese walked away from Judith because he was worried about the zombies outside, Martin jumped up and put his hands around Judith's head threatening to snap her neck, unless Tyreese went outside unarmed against the riled up walkers are due to Judith crying.[/sp]

He had 3 health sections left when I shot him in the head with my widow from my cloak with the damage boost. Instead of dying like he fucking should have he instantly regenerated his shields. Worst plot armour ever.

He was overall just the biggest asshole in TWD so far and [sp]killed Merle. I was also fucking shocked when he just straight up massacred his own people.[/sp]

Now, I don't necessarily hate him but;
He was easy. As fuck. A single attack pattern that he will repeat over and over (literally). Sometimes he does that splash thing that can come as a surprise but it won't kill you and you get plenty of time t heal.
He was also a bit of a weirdly easy boss to an area that was so unforgiving out of nowhere. He kinda didn't match all the white-robed sorceresses and dudes with hammers that you were fighting earlier, too. I can appreciate the design but he seems a bit unfitting, it leaves some things unexplained. Why do you get the key to the embedded after you kill him?
And lastly, when you kill him, the [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFRY6fzEQqw]singing stops. And I liked the singing[/url]
