Every single character from Dinosaur King.
I don't care if it's a shit show, the characters are absolute garbage.
They're dumb as shit too, faced with a problem, say, a wall. They whine and cry about how there's no way to overcome the obstacle, no matter how obsolete. Yet no one addresses the elephant in the room.
You. Have. DINOSAURS.
A small group of soldiers are nothing in comparison to a fucking Triceratops that can fire lightning from its horns.
Also, Parasaurolophus is useless.

To be perfectly honest, Frank and Chuck were 2edgy5me. At least Nick actually showed emotion when he encountered psychopaths. In DR1, he pretty much was just an average dude who was still clueless and uncertain about the situation, he was just handling himself well, with a relatively decent justification (he's covered wars, you know).

Basically, Bendy decides to be an asshole & cause trouble for no reason to Bloo, Wilt, Coco, & Eduardo & Frankie along with Mr. Herriman are too oblivious & stupid to believe what the crew says & [I]always[/I] side with Bendy. They even believe that the child always framed Bendy (I guess because the kid looked guilty of doing it) while the parents were there dropping the imaginary friend off...even though the parents have not witnessed Bendy doing mean things

The crew is then seen playing a video game & just randomly Bendy appears in the room & decides to knock off a pot off the TV (For no reason other than to be an asshole) then leaves the room. Frankie & Herriman then want to know how it broke & Bloo naturally blames it on Bendy (I must say that while Bloo can be an ass at times, he has no vendetta against Bendy & wouldn't blame a random person for a problem). Wilt testifies Bloo's case to make it seem like Bendy actually did it, but then he cries & Frankie & Herriman believe him in an instant (Yeah, someone they barely know & just came in Fosters over [I]Wilt[/I] who in most episodes has the personality of being the nice guy as possible & in the past usually does not lie). Once Herriman accuses the crew of "blaming an innocent just after he was forcefully accused & abandoned by his own family" (Difference is the parents are biased against him & the crew...was not, they were just playing a video game), they leave & Bendy delivers [B]that fucking grin[/B]

The process is like this

Bendy does something stupid near one of the crew members (Like licking an icing off the cake, leaving dirty clothes around, etc.)
Herriman or Frankie walk in & notice what happened
The character who is getting framed by Bendy says that he did it
Bendy puts on a puppy dog look to make himself look innocent
Herriman or Frankie believes Bendy & gives a scold look at the character while walking away
Bendy does [B]that fucking grin[/B]
The character is punished but Bendy gets away with it, unpunished & scot free

Rinse & repeat

After getting grounded, Bloo fnially comes up with a plan to get Bendy. Bendy sticks his hand in the cookie jar & a camera rigged to it took the photo of him taking the cookie. He tries to get it off but its glued to his hand, he tries to get a marker to write over it but it exploded in his face, he tries to wash it off in the bathroom but the faucet handle broke & the bathroom gets flooded, he tries to stop it by putting towels on the floor (While Mr. Herriman & Frankie are behind the door wondering whats going on) but it was useless & another explosion came.

The door opens & Bendy is there with the photo of him taking the cookie in his hand, shaking. He's finally caught!

...But then Bloo enters & admits that he set up Bendy. He gets blamed for flooding the house & it ends with Mac asking what did Bloo do with Bendy spray painting the screen.

So once again, Bendy is unpunished & got away with it.

The episode is infamous because the characters were not themselves (Especially with Wilt) & how much of a dick Bendy was who never got any consequences. Sadly enough, it was written by Lauren Faust (Who I can't deny is a good writer that made a mistake) & she later said that she regrets writing it.

(Of course now that movie has an extra layer of tragedy to it.)
