Well when you're a public health employee and a bunch of strange men with questionable pasts have created a damned nuclear reactor in the center of New York city, and these strange men are hysterically telling you that they hunt ghosts and by turning off the machine you will cause evil spirits to attack the city, you would gladly shut them down.

Theon is such a cunt during a clash of kings. While by no means anyone deserves to be flayed and have their mind broken, he was persuaded to [B]murder two innocent children and show their burnt bodies.[/B] He somewhat redeems himself over the course of realizing his sense of identity and becoming his own man but he still has a lot to prove after such horrendous events.

I never really "hated" people in films or games, thought it was a silly thing to do. That is, until I saw the film. My face was red from anger when the film ended.

Some context: She's the lady who gives you story missions if you decide to align with the NCR. Basically, she'll want you to genocide any group that opposes or has once opposed the NCR, and will actually scold you if you've found a way to broker peace with them and got them to join your side. She also "meh's" at the thought that New Vegas and all its citizens might be destroyed during the war.
IMO, she's more evil than Caesar, House, or the cazadors.
