You could put some very sophisticated discloser saying "swine flu in the bottle may be lost during shipping, so if the bottle does not contain swine flu, you may not get a refund from the seller, buy clicking 'Buy Now' you are agreeing to the Terms of Service offered by the seller and the aforementioned information." Only to a point where the average Joe wouldn't know what it meant, that way they can not legally get a refund or anything.
You could just sell it off as a "Cure / Vaccination for Swine Flu", would work too.
