It seems to me that there's more to this than just the fact that "you don't like this guy". Where is your real dad? Also, you must understand that anything you do to try and sabotage her relationship with him WILL backfire, and you will have lost any respect that you once had. The best bet is to actually get to know him, get him to be comfortable with you, work on your rapport a little bit, and work your way into his secrets and what-not. Guys are more comfortable with other guys with sharing secrets. Once you have a significant amount of dirt on him (this may take months, by the way), then you will have enough against him that if you wanted to wreck him, you have all the dirt required to do so. Record the conversations if you can. It's not hard to use a digital voice recorder in your pocket or something, as most will pick up the voices through clothing. Also, write things down. Even small details about the person matter. Keep a log, but hide that motherfucker because if it's found, they will know you are up to something. You need to play into things a little and get close. One of 2 things will happen: either you will discover that he isn't who he says he is, or, you will discover that he's actually not that bad once you get to know him. Either way, you win.

I understand it this way. Your mother has a new boyfriend and they both like each other. You don't like this new guy because he tried to get to know his girlfriends son. And now you ask for ways to be an asshole to him. It doesn't seem like a very nice thing to do. Why don't you learn to like him? Because if your mom likes him, you should let them be happy.

I don't want to be friends with him. He does drugs, drinks and smokes and has convinced my mom to do them too. All he really does is come over, eat our food, drink our beer, and have sex. He's making her spending money she can't afford to spend. He likes to come into my room and try to have a conversation when I'm doing homework, playing games, talking on msn, whatever I'm busy doing. I don't want a person like that to be involved with my family or my personal home life. I know he's trying to be nice but I don't want to know him, people like that will just drag you down. I'd prefer he'd just not stay in my house and we don't talk, I would say that would be the best alternative to being a dick to him. If my mom would just go to his place and do stuff there I would have no complaints. I just don't like how some piece of shit comes into my house and tries to act like my father.
