I came up with an entire movie within a few days after having it a couple times with my close friends. also dont do it alone, do it with people you care about, and make sure to take it in slow and give it time because it sneaks up on you. Try eating puffy cheetos, captain crunch, and listening to pink floyd's dark side of the moon while doing it. Try having a conversation with your friends, do a bunch of different mundane stuff, like look at the stars or your hand or a water bottle or play a video game, It enhances the experience 100%. Played mirror's edge and when we paused the game the title music was so relaxing it put me and my friends in a trance.
