Its kind of neat to try a dish you like from different places.
Like, one restaurant makes Shrimp And Garlic Sauce where the garlic sauce is sweet and gelatinous. The place that went out of business last year made it thin and decently spicy, with a hint of vinegar. I tried it from the place close by and it was a thin, sweet and spicy sauce.
All three places used a mix of broccoli, green peppers, onions, water cress and mushrooms.
