i used to drink lots of soda but one day i decided to quit because i knew how bad it was for me if you drink lots of soda you should probably stop!!

I stopped drinking soda and all I drink now is water, it's good for you lads.

i drink mostly water now but fruit drinks are the shit

sugar in general is a big cause of weight gain so if ur dieting or w/e make sure you check whatever "fat free" stuff ur gettin b/c a lot of the time they just load it with sugar so you're not actually making any progress lol it's balls
