At first, my parents only let me play it when friends were over because they didn't want me to be the only one not playing (it was my dad's game, even though he never played). Eventually they were cool about me playing it when I wanted.

Half life 2. I believe I was around 13-14. Pathetic, I know.

As far as I can remember (the Swedish ratings are quite loose) it was postal 2 before it was banned.

Either Postal or Half-Life when I was 4 or 5.

Either GTA III or Vice City.

Doom 2

Turok 2. Unfortunately when I try to play in nowadays it's stuck in fruity stripes mode forever :gonk:

Mortal Kombat was my first M-rated game I've played

Let's see...I think it was Half-Life 1. It used to gross me out, but now I find it kind of funny in an odd way. Since then I've only played three or four games that [i]weren't[/i] rated M.

Mortal Kombat II I don't think the ratings system had been implemented when the first one came out.

Quake 2 for playstation 1. I remember commenting with my cousin that it was 18+ and I didn't even had half of that age. So I suppose I was 8 at that time. [img]http://www.slashgear.com/gallery/data_files/1/4/6/quake_2_graphic_lg.jpg[/img]

If we're going by the first M rated game you owned, mine is Resident Evil 2. There were so many PC and Genesis games I played before then that should have been M-rated it wasn't funny.
