Try to put Yume Nikki on it. If it works, creep the fuck outta your friends and anyone who steals it.
make a .bat file that will ruin the computer that opens it, then name it "Respect my privacy" that way anyone who messes with your stuff will suffer
Diablo 2, Starcraft, minecraft, project zomboid, quake 3, gta vice city or san andreas multiplayer, killing floor etc. etc. we played these mainly by LAN connection
depends on the specs of the computers in your school

You should fill it up with disturbing erotica.
Put it on a random computer.
Rename it to something they wouldn't expect.

Eh, if you want to short circuit it you could put some tin foil in the usb drive and plug it in.

Project 64, and a couple ROMs.
Couple of kids at my school have done that.
important schoolwork and e-books for studying in useful subjects

I've got Age of Empires II on mine.
well i have a combination idea:
Get a game that you want to share with everyone or put on all of the computers, and hide random porn in some of the folders, and see how long it takes for someone to find it.
I had Halo CE and Half-Life on mine
Assault Cube. Runs off a USB quite easily and is great fun, especially in multiplayer.
Entire IT class deathmatch!
