If I were to go back and replay one of them it'd be 2. But playing through Portal 1 for the first time held more impact. It stuck with me more. They're both fantastic, just in different ways. You can't be wrong in choosing which one you think is better, really.

Again, Portal 1 is a puzzle game where the narrative was sort off kept under wraps (with scattered hints at it) until the end. Portal 2's more of an adventure game that has a larger focus on characters, humor, and dialogue. It's really an apples and oranges situation. Also, the Portal series is the best thing to come out of Valve IMO. [I]By far.[/I]

So Night Dive is responsible for re-releasing System Shock 1 and 2, remastering And I Must Scream, Covert Action, Strife, and are going to be remastering and re-releasing Turok 1 and 2 as well, not to mention remaking System Shock 1 from the ground up. Where have these guys been all my life

I lied, Valve has been on my radar lately. Their hardware ventures are a great source of comedy.

It's sad because most of the game I'm looking forward too are just remakes/remasters. Either I dwell too much in the past or the future is not that great to me.

System Shock 1 used to be pretty damn inaccessible to people who couldn't get past the awful controls (like me) and Turok 1 and 2 are games that desperately need to be remastered properly for the PC.
