I just found the Super Sonico mouse pad and I am appalled that someone would actually fucking make this and then price it at $410, I mean these people must be real innovators to combine a large mousepad for computer use and some kind of mini sex toy along with custom anime art to create something like this.
Never underestimate how horney nerds can be.
I mean I make some of the most out their music possible but I will still listen to Tswizzle every now and again. I can see how it would be hard to break into some of the more obscure genres out there, I was lucky my dad is super into music so like I grew up listening to noise music and weird art shit.
i guess the thing is for me music is very much an emotional experience before an artistic one i can look at a painting and say that it's a good painting without feeling an emotional impact from it, it's not the same for me with music it makes it more difficult to share my tastes because it kinda sucks telling someone about an album that's incredibly important to you and having them say 'it wasn't that good' it's a weird situation where i'm obviously aware that emotion is very personal and everyone is going to have a very different experience with a given piece of music, but i also really just want to share the feeling i get from those really special albums it's hard for me to just say something is objectively good or bad and harder still for me to force myself to be interested in something i'm not i always keep an open mind but if i listen to something and i don't feel into it i usually end up beating myself up for not being eclectic enough it makes everything feel pretty futile more often than not
don't you fucking talk shit about my anime tiddie mousepads bitch i will fuck you up
The best day music wise for me was when I stopped caring what other people liked and stopped being an elitist dumbass about it. Life got so much easier.

Like splenda said, horny nerds. But you also have to take into account that they are a very niche market. So you would need to make the prices sky high in order to compensate for your losses and turn a profit.
heloo
let's do the "punch znt in the throat" dance everybody
As your vice president I advice not punching the ambassador of Animetiddiestan in the throat.

In my opinion there is no such thing as objectively good art. Like a universally accepted "masterpiece" like the Mona Lisa can still have people be like "it's shit" and their opinions are just as valid as art historians who got their PhDs in that one painting. Bascially what I am trying to say is just because someone does not like your favorite song or whatever does not discredit the emotional attachment to it. Also for the not understanding more out their music, there have been studies in the field of music cognition that prove that whether or not one likes a song is more or less based on how that song can fit into already existing schemas (basically genres) they already have formed. In order to really understand a piece, you have to listen to it multiple times. There are so many albums that I love now that I hated when I first heard.

merge THIS :poot:
Also since there are probably a higher percentage of virgin horny nerds in high paying fields like tech, you can charge more for products marketed towards them.
Throw in some fancy words into the marketing mix and you got yourself a luxury item and can justify a even higher price.
owarimonogatari has a hip hop baller girl? why has no one ever told me about her is she not best girl
you don't even know who gaen is shame on you and your entire family

Like to be honest if I had no exposure to noise music and someone played me a noise song today I would probably hate it. But since I grew up listening to noise music I decided to make music in the genre.
