yeah it happens to me too sometimes. just gotta deal with it and try not to think too much about it.
focus on good stuff more than bad stuff/stuff that makes you feel bad. think about things that make you happy, try to notice good things more than bad.
try to frame your life in a positive manner rather than a negative one. do things that make you feel better. myself, I like listening to music that makes me feel good.
