for mmo: Any 8+ multibuttons mouse.

on the mmo side, i'd recommend a Razer Naga. I've been using it for a good few years now and it hasn't let me down at all. It's great for mobas too.
for people with huge man hands like mine, there are custom fittings. like 3 of them to alternate how you rest your hand if your fussy.
