Spend the $10 the government doesn't take away and spend it on some ice cream which I'm craving right now.

i would first have a 50k shopping spree. you know, buy a new computer or four, and maybe a car. then i would put aside 100k for education (this is more than enough) and 100k on any bills my parents may have. then put the rest into a high interest account. probably bonds or something. and this is what i will retire on.
