I've been consistently going to the gym so far for about three weeks since I got back to Ohio, and I've got to say it's helping not only with my physique, but I'm noticing different changes too. I've managed to up the weights I'm doing on everything, so that's a first. I've normally been stuck at the same weight on things for the longest time. It is helping me a bit with feeling less tired, although until I get on a consistent sleep schedule I don't know how well that'll work; And that won't happen until I get a job in my field. Some other news - Found out my father does NOT have that disease that killed his liver, which is good, but also bad. Why is it bad? It means he did this to himself. He drank himself to the point where his liver is essentially dead. It's still also bad because I may have that disease since I tested positive for it when I tried to donate blood a few years ago.
